If you have made a purchase and do not feel completely satisfied with your items for any reason, we ask that you please request a return or an exchange within 30 days of your purchase date.

Collectors who wish to return for a full refund to their original form of payment can do so by requesting a turn shipping label via the Orders page after logging in to their AWJ shopping account. If you have trouble with requesting a return shipping label through the Orders page, please contact our customer service team for assistance. Please be aware of any restrictions applicable to your order, such as clearance items that are final sale.

Collectors who want to exchange for a new item or a replacement for their original item can also do so by requesting a return shipping label via the Orders page and inputting a Note to our team of what items to exchange for. If you have questions about sizing, quality, or availability of items, please contact our customer service team to request further information.
