Who is Carolyn Pollack? Carolyn is the designer and curator of American West Jewelry by Carolyn Pollack. She started designing at a very young age in Minnesota, collaborating with her mother, a gifted seamstress, to create her one-of-a-kind wardrobe. Upon Carolyn's first visit to New Mexico, she knew this would be her forever home. Carolyn has been presenting our jewelry for 30 years at QVC. She is passionately involved from design to the finished jewelry, so that you will enjoy living in these wearable pieces of art. It’s her mission to create heirloom jewelry that inspires women, bonding them across cultures and down through generations: grandmother to mother to daughter. 

How long has American West Jewelry been around? Our parent company, Relios, was created more than 40 years ago. Our brands included Sincerely Southwest, Southwest Spirit, Carolyn Pollack Jewelry and now American West Jewelry by Carolyn Pollack.

Where does Carolyn get design inspiration? She celebrates that glorious gift of individuality in every piece of jewelry. Drawing on the diversity of our multicultural heritage: Native American, Hispanic and Pioneering Cowgirls & Cowboys, Carolyn designs jewelry that honors our close connection to Mother Earth and the Southwest. Jewelry that respects and celebrates the spark of the free-spirited, emboldened women who wear them. She designs works of art ~long a way of life here.

Are you creating new designs? Yes, we will have new designs on our website continuously. We will also be on QVC. We will promote show time and dates, so you know when Carolyn will be on with exciting, new jewelry.

What is your return policy?  We stand behind our products. If for any reason, you are unhappy with your product within 30 days of purchase, simply request a return label via your Orders page HERE. If you have any concerns about your purchase, please contact us at and we will make it right. 

What do you charge for Shipping?  Orders more than $100 ship for free with delivery in 4-11 business days.  We do our best to ship your order the same or next business day depending on when it’s placed.  Additional shipping options are available at checkout for an additional fee.
