Jewelry Care

Jewelry Care Instructions:

Like all fine jewelry, the sterling silver and stone jewelry in the Relios Jewelry collection should be handled carefully. It should be stored in a plastic bag, dry and wrapped in tissue paper, when not being worn or displayed. Simply clean your sterling silver with a silver polishing cloth when necessary, but it should never be subjected to silver dips, any chemical solutions or ultrasonic cleaners, as these substances can cause the stone to discolor.

No substance containing chemicals or oils (such as common household cleaners, soaps, shampoos, chlorine, etc.) should come in contact with the silver or stone, as both can be damaged by the harshness of these chemicals. It is never a good idea to wear any of your jewelry or watches in a swimming pool.

Pave care instructions:

  1. Apply toothpaste to a moistened, soft-bristled toothbrush.
  2. Using a gentle brushing motion, clean the pave’ area carefully, avoiding the polished sections of the piece and the stone.
  3. Rinse in cool water and air dry completely.

Rayon Cord care instructions:

The best method for washing the rayon cords is handwashing in Woolite or baby shampoo with cool water and hang drying.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be delighted by your new jewelry. If for any reason you are not, return it to us within 30 days of your purchase along with a copy of your sales receipt and well refund your purchase, excluding shipping. We promise a no hassle process. Simply use the return form and shipping label at the bottom of your invoice which will be included with your shipment. 

Exchanges

If the jewelry you receive is damaged or defective, you can either return the merchandise for a full refund (including shipping) or we can send you a replacement piece at no extra charge. You will need to notify us of the problem and send your jewelry back along with a copy of your sales receipt within 30 days of purchase. Use the return form and shipping label at the bottom of your invoice which will be included with your shipment.

Warranty & Repairs

One Year Limited Warranty

Relios jewelry designs are guaranteed for one year under normal consumer use. Original proof of purchase is required. Alterations by a third party will void warranty. Please note we will only repair Relios hallmarked items.

The warranty does not apply to damage caused by accident, abuse, or misuse.  Immersing your jewelry in chlorine (swimming), silver dips, chemical solutions, or ultrasonic cleaners will void warranty as it will alter the finish and cause damage to the gemstones.

After one year Relios offers repair services for a small fee. For additional information please  contact us via e-mail at customerservice@carolynpollack.com or by phone at 1-800-827-6543.  Customer is responsible for return shipping costs of $5.95. Also, please retain the tracking number for your records as it is proof of shipment to us and can be used for proof of delivery as well.
