We want you to be completely satisfied with your jewelry purchase. Therefore, merchandise can be returned for any reason for credit within 30 days of receipt of your order.If you would like to exchange an item for the same item/size then we can do a straight exchange. However, if you would like to exchange the item for a different item or size, we will first do a return with the original purchase amount refunded to your credit card, followed by a new sale for the replacement item being charged to your credit card.
If you are returning an item which was purchased as part of a multi-item promotion (example: Buy 2, Get 1 Free) the promotional discount is forfeited and we will deduct the value of the promotional discount from the amount being returned to your credit card.
To submit a return or exchange, simply use the return form and label at the bottom of your invoice which will be included with your shipment. After the initial 30 days we will repair or replace any item for a small fee. For details see our Care & Repair section.
