Dear Friends and Family,

A message from our gallery, joy and positivity will always be at the heart of creating and sharing Carolyn Pollack and American West Jewelry with you. As we all navigate through changes due to the Coronavirus, the safety of our team members, customers and everyone’s families is a top priority.

We’d like to reassure you that we are taking necessary measures throughout our organization to protect everyone’s health and safety.

Following the lead of Travel Traders shops and restaurants at the Gaylord Texan Resort, we are temporarily closing the Carolyn Pollack Jewelry Gallery until further notice. We will continue to update you as we get more information in the weeks ahead.

Now more than ever, it is time for us to take care of the ones we love. Deb, Becky and Laura as well as many loyal customers all feel like family. We need to protect our family and believe this is the right decision for everyone.
